We are creating next-generation sports infrastructure for training, competitions and an active sports community.
“Sinerginiai Verslo Projektai” is developing a modern sports and business complex in Avižieniai (Vilnius district). The plan is to create multifunctional sports infrastructure for training in various sports, sporting events and competitions.
The complex will be implemented in two stages – it will consist of two buildings. The first building, which will be managed by “Sinerginiai Verslo Projektai”, will include about 6,000 m² of sports halls, about 2,000 m² of administrative premises and a café of about 500 m². The sports halls are planned to feature a smart LED sports floor system, providing additional options for training sessions, competitions and other events.
The second building, with a total area of about 8,000 m², will be managed by another company. It will house a gym, swimming pools, a SPA and other sports facilities. The two buildings will complement each other, and visitors will find information about all of the complex's services, activities, tickets and memberships on a shared complex website.
Project status: the project is currently being prepared for implementation. We will share further updates on its progress, key stages and future services.

The multifunctional sports halls will be suitable for a variety of sports and activities, including basketball, futsal, handball, volleyball, badminton, artistic gymnastics and tennis. The flexible spaces will host training sessions, sports classes, competitions and other sporting events.
The complex will also include administrative premises for business activities and the complex's own operational needs. They will complement the sports infrastructure and help create a convenient environment for a wide range of activities.
Thanks to the versatile halls, it will be possible to host corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, fairs, product launches, car displays and other commercial or representative events, giving businesses access to spacious premises adaptable to various needs.
The concept of the complex focuses on flexibility and multifunctionality – the aim is to create spaces that benefit the sports community, businesses and event organisers.
